Summer Scrapbooking Albums

As of this writing, the kids are about a week and a half away from being free for the summer! I am excited. We always enjoy this time. At least until about the last 2 or 3 weeks when I am secretly ready for them to head back to school. Admit it, you feel the same! :)

I don't know about your kids, but mine have waaaaaay more energy than I do. They would love to bring out the scrapbooking supplies every day and get every single picture from birth put into a beautiful scrapbook. So, now that they are older, I am going to kill two birds with one stone. I have a plan!

This year I am going to get them each their own summer scrapbook album and let them put it together themselves. I will have them do a little journaling and put in their favorite pics. They can save tickets, goodies and whatever else they feel they need to include. Not only will I not have to put these together or have them gathering dust while on my "to do" list. But each one of my daughters will have something that is their own. Something meaningful. And a memory that is full of memories. They can put these together on the days I have too much work to do to get out. It will be a fun thing to do that will keep them busy! Win/Win!

Here are some album covers I am considering for their summer surprise. Now, I need to narrow it down to two...

School Scrapbooking Album

Last time we talked about school scrapbooking paper.  Well, we will need something nice to put all of those beautiful pages you designed in....won't we?  You need a school scrapbooking album!

One of the best things about scrapbooking is the wide assortment of gorgeous papers, albums, stickers and supplies.  I can get lost looking at all of the beautiful things!

Here are some school scrapbooking albums that are no exception.
